A few people had a question on this over at ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif) icon_tutorial and I knew how to do it, so I figured I would write a tutorial in case anyone else had any questions. This is my first tutorial, so if anything isn't clear, please let me know and I'll try to clarify. I assume some level of familiarity with Photoshop, so if you have any questions about where a tool is, let me know. I hope this is helpful!
